Cant Log in Empty Cant Log in

Greetings. I have log in issue. When i enter my ID and Psw and press "Log In" nothing happens. I reinstalled Lineage2.but still it didnt fixed my problem. Any suggestions? I though server lagging or something,but my friend said server is fine,dunno. QQ wtb fast reply
